Paul V. Woolway is the Managing Director and CEO of Charles Schwab Bank, overseeing its Banking and Trust Services enterprise, including strategy, product management, credit, and regulatory oversight.  He also serves on the Board of Directors for Schwab’s affiliate banks and as chairman of its trust companies.  With over two decades of senior executive experience in banking, Woolway previously held leadership roles at Bank of the West and worked as a financial services consultant with Arthur Andersen/Accenture and KPMG.  A CPA in California, he holds an accounting degree from Loyola Marymount University.
